Order Placement: Fax or e-mail your P.O. to Customer Service only. |

New Distributor Accounts: A completed credit application together with pertinent sales tax exempt forms should be submitted to our Customer Service department before order is processed. |

Terms: Standard distributor terms are Net 30 days from invoice date on approved credit. First order prepaid. Visa / MasterCard accepted. Minimums must be met. |

|
Pricing: Although accurate at time of printing, pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing and product availability must be confirmed by Swiss Peak/ Swissmar prior to program commitment. |

|
Minimum Order Un-imprinted: Minimum order requirement for un-imprinted orders is $200.00. Anything less than minimum will incur a $67.50 (g) fee. |

|
Minimum Order Imprinted: Minimum order requirements for imprinted orders is as per the quantity breaks as indicated for each item. Anything less than minimum will incur a $67.50 (g) fee. |

|
Production Time: Normal production time is 2-3 weeks from artwork sign off on most products and methods of printing. |
|
|
Rush Orders: Rush orders are available. (See Imprinting and Laser Engraving section) |

|
Drop Shipping: Any multiple shipping addresses will incur a $12.50 (g) per additional shipping location, as well as all freight charges. |
|
|
Sample Policy: Samples may be borrowed from Swiss Peak for a period of 30 days. At that time they must be returned or paid in full. (Samples are exempt from minimum order value) Sample must be indicated on P.O otherwise minimum order requirements will be enforced. |

|
Consignment Samples: These samples can be purchased at EQP less 20% |
|
|
Spec Samples: EQP less 30% plus applicable set-up charges. When order has been received from the spec sample order then we will credit all set-up charges. |

|
Self Promo: EQP less 20% |

|
Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without a R/A number. Unauthorized returns will be refused or will incur a 15% restocking charge. |
|
|
Shipping: FOB Richmond Hill, Ontario by our preferred carrier. Any other service will require your account number. |
|
|
Cancellation: Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge in additional to all expenses incurred prior to cancellations. |
|
|
Warranty: All merchandise is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. |
