New Distributor Accounts: A completed credit application together with pertinent sales tax exempt forms must be submitted before term can be established or order processed. Sample Policy: Samples can be borrowed for 30 days and returned for a full credit.The distributor is responsible for the return freight.All samples not returned must be paid. (Samples are exempt from minimum order value) Sample must be indicated on P.O otherwise minimum order requirements will be enforced. |

Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without a R/A number. Unauthorized returns will be refused or will incur a 15% restocking charge. |
