Wenger Forged Knives
The Delemont Forged line of knives builds on the reputation of our highly respected Swibo® and Grand Maitre® professional stamped cutlery, combining our extensive experience and unique sleek design with all the improved qualities offered by forged blades in a product that provides excellent price to value.
Grand Maitre Knives
Wenger Grand Maitre flat heel stamped knives are manufactured in Delemont, Switzerland using flawless, custom blended European steel manufactured exclusively for Wenger. This same steel has been used to manufacture Swibo® and Genuine Swiss Army Knife™ for Decades.
Swibo® Collection
Half a century ago, Wenger created the Swibo® brand, a new type of professional knife for butchers. Since that time, the range has been consistently perfected and enlarged, becoming an international benchmark in this demanding sector. The famous bright yellow, synthetic handle with its ergonomic shape, injection molded, and sealed directly onto the polished, high grade stainless steel blade, set a new standard in knife safety and hygiene.

These knives are comfortable, non-slip, with no micropores or microcracks, are dishwasher safe, and can be sterilized. This pioneer has been copied and re-copied but still remains the benchmark. Its dedicated functions and design, engineered to deliver superior cutting strength and durability, continue to make it the knife of choice among specialists.
