BORNER V-PREP™ MANDOLINE SLICER
The V-Prep™ Mandoline Slicer is made from tough ABS plastic. It rests comfortably in the palm of your hand when using it. This Borner mandoline slicer has steel pins that grip produce securely to create even slices every time. No more slipping!
The ambidextrous food holder adjusts to hold most shapes & sizes of food and can be used as a scoop for sliced foods.
The set includes a storage container for the V-Slicer™ & inserts, with a safety clip. The container can be used to slice produce directly inside.
On the mandoline slicer body is a slide-in thick/thin insert that features 2 precision thicknesses. Included are 2 extra slide-in inserts, 7mm & 3.5mm, that julienne or shred.
The Safety Holder is compact, easy to use & can be rotated 45◦ to produce different cuts. An adjustable pusher requires very little pressure so that produce is not crushed.

BORNER POWERLINE MANDONLINES
Borner’s line of PowerLine Mandoline Slicers are perfect for covering all your bases. All the blades are made from German surgical-grade stainless steel, which rest in an extremely durable ABS plastic frame.
The PowerLine Wave Waffle Cutter has 6 different cuts. 3 waves, 2 French fries and one waffle. It includes an easy “click” system for changing the position of the insert. The safety position locks the insert in place and sheilds the wave blade.
The PowerLine Thin Julienne Slicer is the next generation VPower Borner Mandoline. The extended handle promotes full range usage of the platform’s cutting surface. It has side rails for the use with the Borner Saftey Holder for fast, easy and safe cutting.
