Since its inception in 1956, Scanpan has been producing hand-cast aluminum products with patented ceramic titanium coating, which form their core business. Furthermore, they still cast all of their non-stick aluminum products at their own factory in Denmark. As a result, they maintain a high level of quality control. The product range continues to grow, and they now offer stainless steel cookware and professional quality knives.

SCANPAN CLASSIC SERIES
The Classic series is a collection of minimalist and extremely durable cookware. The series comprises a wide selection of quality cookware for the kitchen and is specifically designed for gas and ceramic cookers. The Classic series is made in a timeless design, which means it won’t date and is suitable for everyday use – year after year!
The series is made in Denmark and has our unique non-stick coating, which is extremely robust, easy to clean and 100% PFOA-free. The Scanpan Classic series is made from hand-cast recycled aluminum – because we have a high regard for people and the environment. Aluminum is a light material, making the series easy to handle.

SCANPAN CLASSIC COOKWARE

SCANPAN CTX
Scanpan CTX is an exclusive series of pots, pans and saucepans for the more discerning and quality conscious cook. The CTX series is one of the most desirable ranges within Danish cookware due to its special steel and aluminum construction. This gives you uncompromising cookware of premium quality.
The CTX series has Scanpan’s durable non-stick coating, which is easy to clean and entirely free from PFOA and PFOS – cooking without the chemicals! The products in the CTX series are made up of 5 layers, each with their own unique function – such as steel for optimum durability and aluminum for even heat distribution.
The products included are Fry Pans, Sauté pans, Dutch Ovens, Chef Pans and Woks, along wiht beautiful glass lids.

SCANPAN HaptIQ NONSTICK
With the introduction of the new Stratanium+ coating, Scanpan once again breaks the boundaries of what a non-stick surface can do.
The company has managed to develop a surface coating that combines non-stick properties, wear resistance and unique frying properties in one.
HaptIQ is premium cookware in 5-ply multilayer material in 18/10 stainless steel and aluminum for optimum cooking result. PFOA-Free, dishwasher and metal-utensil safe & Oven safe to 260°C / 500°F.

SCANPAN TechnIQ NONSTICK
HaptIQ combines Scanpan’s ultra-durable commercial-grade Stratanium+ nonstick surface with five-ply stainless-steel construction. Our revolutionary Stratanium+ nonstick is microtextured for incredible searing and unparalleled durability.
HaptIQ’s striking mirror-polished finish and ergonomic stainless-steel handles lend modern Danish beauty to one of our most professional collections of cookware yet.
Five-ply cast aluminum and stainless-steel clad construction combines rapid and even heat distribution with superior heat retention. The look is a beautiful mirror-polished stainless-steel exterior and is for use on all stovetops, including induction.
These are all oven-safe up to 500°F for stovetop to oven techniques, and dishwasher safe. Hand-washing is recommended to maintain the mirror-polished finish.

SCANPAN MAITRE D’ COOKWARE
Scanpan’s Maitre D’ is a beautiful cookware series with an outer copper coating combining French elegance with timeless design.
The multi layer construction guarantees quick, even heat distribution and excellent temperature control whether sautéing vegetables, melting chocolate or making sauces. The stainless steel handle remains cooler longer.
The series is made with a copper exterior coating, whose warm, chestnut shine not only looks great in the kitchen, but also makes for decorative serving.
The materials in the layers are carefully selected, with hard wearing 18/10 steel inside for maximum durability, aluminum core for excellent heat distribution, 18/0 steel base for induction compatibility and copper for a beautiful design.
Aluminum runs all the way from the base and along the sides to maximize the heat utilization, reducing preparation time to a minimum = saving energy!

SCANPAN IMPACT COOKWARE
We all deserve the luxury of preparing food in beautiful cookware – thanks to our Impact series, this is now possible! The series has been designed in an elegant two-tone finish in stainless steel, with an aluminum plate at the bottom which ensures quality and optimum heat distribution.
The Impact series has all of Scanpan’s core features – high quality, functional design, maximum performance – and has been designed for the modern consumer’s demand for elegant, durable and user-friendly cookware in absolute top quality!
It is made with a 6.4mm thick sandwich base and an aluminum core, giving it a perfect heat-distributing base. The handles on Impact don’t get hot, and the inside has useful measurement markers. The specially designed rim has been designed to pour without dripping. The Impact series works on all cooking surfaces.
