KEN HOM CARBON STEEL WOKS
These uncoated carbon steel woks are authentically designed for stir-frying at high temperatures. The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so it doesn’t topple over when set on oven
This Ken Hom wok is suitable for cooking on gas, electric and ceramic ovens. It is comprised out of a sturdy 1.5 mm gauge carbon steel which offers great heat conduction, making it ideal for high heat, high speed cooking -essential elements for stir-frying.
The rubber wood handle is secured tightly with multiple rivets and the additional helper handle provides extra support to lift off the hob. Large metal loop at the end of the handle allows for easy storage
Not suitable for the dishwasher. To clean, hand wash with hot water or mild detergent if desired. These woks come with a ten year warranty.

KEN HOM STAINLESS STEEL CLEAVER
This Lightweight 20cm aluminum wok from Ken Hom is finished with a three layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures and with less oil.
The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn’t topple over when sat on the stove. Suitable for cooking on all stove types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
This mini wok great heat conduction making it ideal for high heat, high speed cooking -essential elements for stir-frying.
Wash by hand, do not use scouring powder, abrasives or metal scourers as they may damage the non-stick coating. Thoroughly dry with a clean cloth.
This mini wok comes with a Five year warranty.

KEN HOM STAINLESS STEEL CLEAVER
The Ken Hom Cleaver is the perfect knife for preparing meat. Great to use for chopping, slicing, dicing, and mincing, this is cleaver is exceptionally durable and can sustain use every day.
Slice through tough pieces of meat or bone, this cleaver features a stone-finished handle and an ultra-sharp stainless steel blade.
The total length of the item, including the handle, is 32cm with an 18cm long blade. The height of the blade is 11cm. The blade itself is slightly tapered, no thicker than 3mm with an ultra-sharp stainless steel edge.
The weight of the cleaver is just over 350g.
